Is Brigeio free?

Yes. Brigeio is free for personal and business use during Beta. A free Personal plan will remain available after Beta.

Which operating systems are supported?

Brigeio currently focuses on Windows.

Can I use Brigeio for my business?

Yes. Business use is allowed during the Brigeio Beta.

Does someone need to be at the remote computer?

Unattended access is still in development and is listed as coming soon. Until it is released, a remote session runs on a computer that has been set up and authorized for access. The features section always shows the current status of each capability.

Is Brigeio secure?

Brigeio is designed with security as a core requirement. Detailed information about the connection architecture and security mechanisms is available on our Security page.

What happens when Beta ends?

Users will be informed before commercial Business plans are introduced.
