Two things worth knowing before you start.
A connection you control
Nothing about your computers is reachable until you have signed in and authorized the device yourself.
- You sign in to your Brigeio account before any of your computers can be reached.
- A computer has to be added and authorized before it can accept a remote session.
- Brigeio is updated through the application, so fixes reach the computers you use.

Is Brigeio free?
Yes. Brigeio is free for personal and business use during Beta. A free Personal plan will remain available after Beta.
Which operating systems are supported?
Brigeio currently focuses on Windows.
Does someone need to be at the remote computer?
Unattended access is still in development and is listed as coming soon. Until it is released, a remote session runs on a computer that has been set up and authorized for access. The features page always shows the current status of each capability.
How many computers can I add?
Brigeio does not publish a device limit for the Beta. A free personal plan with reasonable usage limits will remain available after Beta, and the limits will be stated before commercial plans are introduced.
Do I need to configure my router?
Brigeio connects two computers directly when the network allows it, and uses a relay when it does not. Both cases are explained on the Security page.
What happens when Beta ends?
Users will be informed before commercial Business plans are introduced.
