01These terms

These terms apply to your use of brigeio.com and of the Brigeio application during its public Beta. By using either, you accept them.

Brigeio is operated by PRO IT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS SRL, a company registered in Romania. That company is the other party to these terms.

Brigeio is currently in public Beta. These terms may be updated as the service and its commercial offering are finalized.

02Beta software

Brigeio is pre-release software. It is under active development, capabilities appear and change, and it may contain defects.

The website publishes the real status of every capability. A capability marked as coming soon does not exist yet and must not be relied upon; a capability marked as in Beta is usable but still being improved.

• Do not use Brigeio as the only means of access to a system you cannot afford to lose access to.
• Keep independent backups of anything important on the computers you connect to.
• Capability statuses may change in either direction as development continues.

03Your account and your devices

Using Brigeio requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for the activity that takes place under your account.

You may only add and authorize computers that you own or that you have permission to access. Authorizing a device is what allows a remote session to it, so that permission is yours to give and yours to be accountable for.

04Acceptable use

Brigeio is a remote-access tool. It may only be used lawfully and with the consent of the people whose computers are involved.

• Do not access a computer without the authorization of its owner or operator.
• Do not use Brigeio to gain unauthorized access to any system, data or network.
• Do not use Brigeio to distribute malware or to conduct fraud, harassment or surveillance.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or circumvent the Brigeio service or its relay infrastructure.
• Do not resell or rebrand Brigeio as your own service without a written agreement.

05Price during Beta

Brigeio is free for personal and business use for the whole Beta period. No payment details are required to take part.

Final commercial prices have not been decided and are not published. Users will be informed before commercial Business plans are introduced, and a free personal plan will remain available with reasonable usage limits.

06Availability

Brigeio does not publish an uptime or availability figure and does not offer a service level agreement during the Beta.

The service, including the relay infrastructure, may be interrupted for maintenance, may change, and may be suspended or discontinued. Where a change materially affects Beta users, we will give notice where it is reasonably possible to do so.

07Support

Support during the Beta is provided by email at the addresses published on this site. There is no phone support, no live chat, no 24/7 cover and no guaranteed response time.

08Intellectual property

Brigeio, the Brigeio name, the Brigeio logo and the software itself remain the property of their owner. Using Brigeio does not transfer any of those rights to you.

You keep all rights in your own data and in anything on the computers you connect to.

09Warranties and liability

Brigeio is pre-release software provided free of charge during the Beta. It may be interrupted, it may change, and it may contain defects.

The warranty and liability terms that will apply to Brigeio have not been finalised and are not published here yet. They will be published on this page before commercial launch.

Nothing in these terms affects rights you have under the law that applies to you, or liability that cannot be excluded under that law.

10Suspension and termination

You may stop using Brigeio at any time by uninstalling the application.

Access may be suspended or withdrawn where these terms are breached, in particular the acceptable use section, or where it is necessary to protect the service or other users.

11Changes to these terms

These terms will change as the product develops and as the operator and the final wording are confirmed. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

Where a change materially affects Beta users, it will be announced before it takes effect.
