Scope of this policy
This policy covers brigeio.com, the public Brigeio website, and describes at a high level how personal data is handled in connection with the Brigeio application during its public Beta.
Brigeio is operated by PRO IT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS SRL, a company registered in Romania. It is responsible for the personal data described in this policy, and it is the company you are writing to when you use the contact address at the bottom of this page.
Brigeio is currently in public Beta. These notices may be updated as the service and its commercial offering are finalized.

What this website collects
This website is a static export: plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript files served from a web server. It contains no application logic, no database and no user accounts.
It runs no third-party analytics and no advertising trackers during the Beta. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change is deployed and a cookie notice will be introduced at the same time.
- No account is required to read any page on this site.
- No analytics or advertising scripts are loaded.
- No personal data is collected through a form, because the site has no forms.
Server logs
The Brigeio public website is currently hosted on infrastructure located in Romania. That describes the arrangement as it stands today rather than a permanent commitment: if the hosting changes as Brigeio grows, this policy will be updated.
Like any web server, the hosting that serves brigeio.com records standard technical request information. This is generated by the hosting infrastructure rather than by Brigeio, and is used for operating and securing the server.
Brigeio does not use these records for advertising and does not sell them.
- Typical entries include the requesting IP address, the requested URL, a timestamp, the HTTP status and the user agent string sent by your browser.
- How long these records are kept is determined by the hosting configuration. Brigeio does not publish a retention period for them yet.
When you email us
If you write to one of the addresses published on this site, we receive the content of your message together with your email address and anything else you choose to include.
That correspondence is used to answer you and to improve the product. It is not used for marketing, and it is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
The Brigeio application
The Brigeio application is separate software from this website and runs on its own infrastructure. To provide remote access it requires an account and a means of identifying the computers you have added.
A remote session connects two computers directly when the network allows it, and is carried through a Brigeio relay when it does not. Both cases are described on the Security page.
The service infrastructure Brigeio runs today — its API, its signaling and its relay services — is hosted on infrastructure in Romania. As with the website, that is the current arrangement and not a permanent commitment, and it is not a statement that every piece of data always stays in Romania. If the infrastructure changes as the service grows, this policy will be updated.
A detailed description of the data the application processes will be published as part of this policy as the Beta progresses. Brigeio deliberately does not publish a summary claim about it in the meantime, for the same reason it publishes no unverified security claims.
Sharing with third parties
Brigeio does not sell personal data. Operating the website and the application involves service providers — for example the hosting provider that serves this website. The list of those providers, and of any transfer of data outside the European Economic Area, is not published yet and will be added to this policy once it is confirmed.
Data may also be disclosed where Brigeio is legally required to do so.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, including the right to request access to it, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to certain processing.
To exercise any of these, write to the address at the bottom of this page. We will respond as quickly as we reasonably can and will tell you if we need more information to identify your records.
Security of your data
Brigeio applies the protections described on the Security page, which sets out the mechanisms the product relies on today.
No encryption grade, certification, audit result or availability figure is asserted anywhere on this site, and none should be inferred from this policy.
Changes to this policy
This policy will change as the product develops and as the operator and the final wording are confirmed. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
Material changes — in particular the introduction of any analytics or of cookies beyond the strictly necessary — will be announced before they take effect.
